We are committed to ensuring all our customers receive the best possible service.
We also recognise that some of our customers have particular needs, which we
endeavour to take into account when dealing with them.
The Disability Discrimination Act sets out a number of requirements for companies,
which we support and are committed to meeting. We are currently building on our
existing strengths in looking after the needs of disabled customers, which includes
the provision of information in alternative, accessible formats.
This Internet Web Site is one of the ways in which we are working to make our services and products
more accessible to all our customers, irrespective of disability or type of technology used to access the Web.
Along with our Web Sites, we are constantly reviewing all the services that we deliver, and invite comments and suggestions from our customers and members to help us in doing this.
