Whether in a group or on your own, you can be sure of a friendly welcome.
The museum is an ideal venue for clubs, groups, schools and family outings. Children are intrigued by what they see and learn - and so are mums and dads!
The Curator will be happy to accompany you and your group around the museum to tell the story of the
development of the gas industry and to explain the function of the fascinating and sometimes curious exhibits.
Alternatively there are tour notes which you can take around the exhibits yourself. At several points audio tapes describe the exhibits or play appropriate sound effects.
To keep younger visitors alert and involved, a quiz has been devised. At various places a special card has been placed among the exhibits and a question is posed on the quiz sheet.
